- DescriptionOur meetings are a place for students to foster critical thinking, the use of logic, and evidential and philosophical tools in the pursuit of truth in understanding the world and religious beliefs. We encourage and strengthen the faith of Christian students and faculty while sharing Christ's message and love. Ratio Christi intends not to compete with other ministries but instead seeks to serve as an asset for all by facilitating amicable discussions around worldview matters while taking into account the plethora of diverse paradigms and backgrounds found at the University.

- May 155:00 PMOrder of the Engineer | Spring 2025Dear UCCS Engineering Graduating Seniors, If you will be graduating within the next 12 months from UCCS with an Engineering degree, congratulations! This means that you are eligible to join Order of the Engineer, an elite engineering organization. The UCCS Order of the Engineer was founded in 2014, and is accepting new applicants. What is Order of the Engineer? The Order of the Engineer is a solemn obligation to oneself to uphold devotion to the standards and the dignity of the engineering profession. It is an obligation to turn to practical use the principles of science and the means of technology…to serve humanity by making the best use of earth’s precious wealth. The Order of the Engineer was initiated in the United States to foster a spirit of pride, individual integrity, and responsibility in the engineering profession; to bridge the gap between training and experience, and to present to the public a visible symbol identifying the engineer. The ring is an excellent symbol of continuity and community. It is worn for all to see and, in effect, says “Here is an engineer possessed of a publicly avowed dedication to the profession and those it serves.” Why is it relevant to you? It is not a membership organization; there are no meetings or dues collected. It is completely free! Instead, it fosters a unity of purpose and the honoring of one’s pledge. What: Attend a one-time Ring Ceremony in which candidates accept the Obligation of an Engineer, and receive a stainless-steel ring to be worn as a symbol. UCCS EAS Dean and Chairs will be in attendance! Who: UCCS Engineering graduating seniors, UCCS Engineering graduate students, and practicing engineers who graduated from UCCS are eligible to join. The UCCS Chapter of the PCP was founded just this year, and is ready to accept its first year of professionals! What is Pledge of the Computing Professional?
