Campus Shuttle
City Bus
Due to the COVID-19 situation, and subsequent shift to remote learning for the spring semester, the agreement which allowed UCCS students to ride Mountain Metro buses for free has been terminated.
- students utilizing the Mountain Metro bus system will need to purchase a ticket to ride.
- Lines provided by Mountain Metro run from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. M-F, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sat-Sun
Bike to Campus
Make sure to register your bike
- How to register: go to the Parking Office in the Public Safety Building, fill out the registration form and receive a sticker for you bike.
- Things you will need: the make, model, year, color, and type of bike it is, along with the bike's serial number (for tracking purposes).
Bike Workshop
Located in Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center on UCCS Campus.
- The goal of the workshop is to educate the UCCS community on basic maintenance and repair.
- The use of the workshop is FREE with all basic tuning equipment provided.
- SOLE staff assistance is available at no cost during regular operational hours to assist with all basic maintenance and repairs.
Borrow a Bike Lock
Here's How it Works:
- Bike locks are available for check-out from the Main Circulation Desk.
- Patrons can request a 1-day, 3-day, or 7-day loan period.
- In order to borrow a bike lock the patron must be registered with the library and present a photo ID (UCCS ID card or current Government issued ID) at the time of check-out.
- Any bikes using these bike locks must be registered with the UCCS Department of Public Safety.
- The patron must agree to the terms of the program and sign a liability waiver.
