Program Description: The Developing Scholars Program brings undergraduate scholars(you!) to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus for a rewarding 9-week biomedicalresearch internship. Trainees will gain experience in fundamental techniques inbasic biomedical research and work on cutting-edge projects within the fields of molecularand cellular biology, neuroscience, developmental biology, and human health. Trainees willbe paired with a graduate student-professor mentorship team from the Cell Biology, StemCells, and Development Graduate Program. Complementing the lab component, scholarswill also attend weekly seminars ranging from scientific talks to professional developmentsessions, helping prepare scholars for a scientific research career.
