This is a flow-style yoga class that is open to all levels! We welcome all, even (and especially!) if you have never practiced yoga before. We will work on knowing the basics of yoga movement, strength, balance, & flexibility. Sign up for as many classes as you like, come to one or all! Her yoga training is called Yoga Sport Science (YSS), which aims to integrate yoga practice into performance training. YSS is also an excellent tool in teaching basic movement skills, and Emily has applied this yoga practice in her own training, conducting general yoga classes, and with sport teams over the last decade. Her goal in all yoga is to make learning movement fun.
