CREATE Summer Lunch Break Yoga with the Center for Active Living, Faculty & Staff

    Join Us for a FREE SUMMER LUNCH BREAK Yoga ClassTake a break in the middle of your workday to revitalize your body and mind with yoga at the Center for Active Living.
    This is a great experience for ALL abilities, beginner to advanced, where you can meet new people, do something active and have a ton of fun! Sign up for as many classes as you like.
    Tuesdays at Lunch, 12:15 – 1:00pm. Classes will run during July and into August.
    We ask that you bring your own supplies (i.e., yoga mat, towel, blanket, etc.).
    Your Instructor, Emily is a trainer at the Center for Active Living with 10+ years of fitness experience. She is a PhD student, strength and conditioning coach, and certified yoga sport specialist.
