    Join Us for a FREE Culinary workshop – Charcuterie board creations!

    Have you ever seen unique, eye-catching grazing boards and wished you could create something similar? Well, now you can! At this Made for You Catering workshop, you’ll be provided with all the materials, food and instructions to create a one-of-a-kind grazing board for all types of gatherings! Come perfect your skills, enjoy time with colleagues, and take home a beautiful charcuterie board for 2 – 3 people!
    Your instructor: Amanda Courtright, owner: Made for You Catering, LLC, founded in 2018, is a locally owned and operated culinary company specializing in full-service catering, custom grazing boards, and engaging culinary workshops. With a focus on quality, creativity, and community, Made for You Catering, LLC has earned a reputation for delivering delicious, beautifully presented food and exceptional service across a variety of private and public events.

    The Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience, with financial support from the CU President’s Fund, launched CREATE in 2022 to foster community and lifetime resilience. FREE introductory artistic and wellness programming, resilience-based  workshops and facilitated discussion/support groups are offered FREE to UCCS employees. We thank our local community artists and UCCS departments,  staff and faculty who have contributed their time and expertise and remain dedicated to the CREATE initiative.
