Join us for a hike through our beautiful campus in preparation for welcoming the Autumn Equinox.
We will learn how to work with the alchemical season of Autumn and its elements. This includes a guided meditation, making offerings to the earth, and information about Autumn and its significance in various cultures. Autumn is a time of harvesting what we have cultivated in the Summer and preparing for stillness and contemplation in Winter.
Autumn Equinox is on September 22nd, this hike is a wonderful opportunity to hone in on intentions and listen to what nature wants to share with you!
We will be meeting at the Heller Center and hiking to Pulpit Rock. Please dress in layers and bring a bottle of water.
