Her yoga training is called Yoga Sport Science (YSS), which aims to integrate yoga practice into performance training. YSS is also an excellent tool in teaching basic movement skills, and Emily has applied this yoga practice in her own training, conducting general yoga classes, and with sport teams over the last decade. Her goal in all yoga is to make learning movement fun.
