The last day to withdraw from summer 2025 full semester length Main Campus courses within the myUCCS Portal without instructor or academic dean approval is Thursday, July 10th. This deadline applies to courses that meet the entire Summer semester (June 9 to August 2).Withdrawing from less than all courses after July 10th:    Students withdrawing from a portion of their courses after July 10th, must obtain approvals from either the instructor of the course and/or the academic dean (of the college the course is in) to withdraw (rules differ per college). Students must submit a Late Withdrawal Form with all required information. Forms are then routed to appropriate approvers for a decision. Students must monitor their email for any further required action and final decision.   Withdrawing from all courses after July 10th:  Students requesting approval to withdraw from all courses after July 10th, must submit a Complete Semester Withdrawal Form through the the Dean of Students Office (Main Hall 201).Both type of requests are only granted to students who have extenuating circumstances, and it is not guaranteed that students will be granted the option to withdraw from a course. Friday, July 11th is the Census Date for Session B Main Campus Courses:Last day to add Session B main campus courses with only instructor permission. Last day to drop Session B main campus course(s) with 100% refund of tuition and most fees. Individual course drops and semester withdrawals after this date are nonrefundable and are assigned a grade of "W." Instructor and dean approval required on session B course adds after Census Date.Short courses (condensed courses not meeting for the full term), have different add, drop and census dates and associated refund deadlines.
