Summit Village is one of two housing villages, suite-style, primarily for incoming freshmen. All first-year first-time students are required to live on campus except those who live in El Paso County.

With no communal bathrooms, they are called residence halls and not dorms. So regardless of your floor plan, you only share the bathroom with your suitemates. All floor plans are available online at UCCS’s website.

Students living on campus get a fully furnished room, internet and utilities included, a 600-swipe meal plan, free parking, and free laundry!
