This deadline applies to courses that meet the entire Spring semester (January 21 to May 17).Withdrawing from less than all courses after April 4th: Students withdrawing from a portion of their courses after April 4th, must submit an Add/Drop Form to the Office of the Registrar (Main Hall 108) with the signatures of the instructor(s) and academic dean(s) (of the college in which the course(s) is in). Withdrawing from all courses after April 4: Students requesting approval to withdraw from all courses after April 4th, must submit a Complete Semester Withdrawal Form through the the Dean of Students Office (Main Hall 201).Both type of requests are only granted to students who have extenuating circumstances, and it is not guaranteed that students will be granted the option to withdraw from a course. If approved, course withdrawals after this date are assigned an official grade of "W".
