- Jul 1012:00 AMLast Day to Withdraw from Full Semester Length Classes (Main Campus Session) Without ApprovalThe last day to withdraw from summer 2025 full semester length Main Campus courses within the myUCCS Portal without approval is Thursday, July 10th. This deadline applies to courses that meet the entire Summer semester (June 9 to August 2).Withdrawing from less than all courses after July 10th: Students withdrawing from a portion of their courses after July 10th, must obtain approvals from appropriate department/college officials to withdraw (rules differ per college). Students must submit a Late Withdrawal Form with all required information. Forms are then routed to approvers for a decision. Students must monitor their email for any further required action and final decision. Withdrawing from all courses after July 10th: Students requesting approval to withdraw from all courses after July 10th, must submit a Complete Semester Withdrawal Form through the the Dean of Students Office (Main Hall 201).Both type of requests are only granted to students who have extenuating circumstances, and it is not guaranteed that students will be granted the option to withdraw from a course. If approved, course withdrawals after this date are assigned an official grade of "W".
