- May 201:00 PMFaculty Cayuse Debrief Session 2 - Option 1YOU SHOULD ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE PREVIEW SESSIONS AND ONE OF THE DEBRIEF SESSIONS. Session 2 Debrief: A follow-up 30 minute session will be a debriefing where you can give your opinion, ask questions, and help us ensure a smooth roll out What’s happening? We know many people get frustrated with the PDF routing form and that finding records after an award is made can be a beast. Our team has worked for well over a year to find, purchase, and configure a new software to improve both. We are now ready to show it to you! About the new software: We are using Cayuse, which is a cloud-based software that will use your UCCS single sign on to access. The software platform for the routing form will look very similar to the PDF form we currently use (same questions), only with automated logic for routing signatures, tracking progress, record storage, and other nice features. For post-award, you’ll also be able to access those records, see who signed what when, and otherwise have more access to your proposal and award information. Your part in this – drop in preview sessions: Cayuse will hold two preview sessions and two debrief sessions. Each are 30 minutes. You will want to sign up for a session 1 and a session 2.Hosted by: Office of ResearchOnline Location: https://uccs-edu.zoom.us/j/8905714955?omn=99263630753Additional Information can be found at: https://mlc.uccs.edu/event/10135984
